    James is a former Royal Marine Commando , with over 7 years experience in the fitness industry.

    The training in which he has undergone is second to none and enabled him to push his body to the limit. This allows him to know exactly what the body is capable of when you put your mind to it and uses this to help motivate his clients. He works with clients at all levels of fitness, ranging from; recovering from injury, improving general fitness, weight loss, amateur and professional Athletes and preparing Individuals for military careers.

    Each Personal Training session is tailor-made and forms part of your unique training programme, which is created and put together following on from your initial consultation. It will be challenging, thorough and specific to your goals.

James adopts a bespoke treatment plan for each client, ensuring they receive the maximum benefits.
